We will be finishing off the last of the waterfront parcels for Pinnacle International on Cascade At The Pier. These two buildings with 400 units are true waterfront living, where spectacular views of Burrard Inlet, Stanley Park, Lions Gate Bridge and the glimmering Vancouver skyline greet you morning and night.

Working on our 4th consecutive job with Pinnacle International we have been awarded Sorrento. The second phase offers three additional towers centred around a large landscaped courtyard amenity as a part of the Sorrento development. Comprising a mix of residential, retail and office spaces, artist studios, a hotel and a city park adjacent to a sky strain station, when finished, Pinnacle Living at Capstan Village will be Richmond’s most complete and inspiring urban community.

We will be working together again with Ventana Construction on the 84,000 square foot corporate headquarters of Seaspan, scheduled for completion in late 2017, will be constructed at the foot of Pemberton Avenue on the south western spit of the property. Once complete, the building will be four storeys high and include state-of-the-art office space, meeting rooms, expanded bike storage, electric vehicle charging stations, a full-service cafeteria, as well as panoramic views of the Vancouver Harbour front.

We have been awarded our 1st job with Wesgroup. We will be working together on Overland West a 30,000 SQFT office and warehouse for the freight company.

We will be working again with our good friends at Orr Development on West Five. West Five is a new paradigm of design – a façade that honours the purity of glass & interiors that articulate luxury. West Five is a rare illustration of beauty in precision.

This 14-storey LEED Gold development is located along the busy transit hub at Broadway and Kingsway.
